Hand to Paw helping dog loving people

Sometimes along the way, we meet very special people who are huge dog lovers and we see that they are struggling in a big way.

💙 This elderly woman is one such person who looks after 10 dogs in her home. She doesn’t have it easy: the dog area was damaged by an electrical fire recently AND her neighbors complained to the municipality about her dogs barking at night asking her to get rid of them.

🌟 She’s been sleeping outside at night with them, with all the mosquitoes, in order to help keep them calm and avoid the barking 😳

♥️ Without committing to anything, I went to visit today with a trustworthy engineer and discussed the possibility of building a closed room so the dogs can go inside at night with her, with lights and fans, out of the rain and away from the mosquitoes. 🦟

The current estimate I’ve just received is for $2,000 USD to make this happen (65,000 baht). This will be quite a push for us to fundraise for but I thought I would try just in case 💕 if we can’t raise the entirety of what’s needed, we would look at all other alternatives to improve hers and the dogs’ lives.
