Another Parvo Recovery – White Cloud

🐾 White Cloud, whilst fighting off Parvo virus (and the wicked diarrhea that comes with it), ended up with a huge maggot infestation which caused the skin on his entire lower back to become necrotic. We immediately took him to the hospital to make sure he received pain killers, IV antibiotics, and extensive wound care but because of the parvo virus, he could not stay at the clinic and ended up in isolation at my house instead (with toys and cuddles). Considering how little and fragile he was, we were not sure he would survive.

But he did!! 6 months later, he’s a handsome happy young dog living happily with his family 🥰
